What most of you will not know is that my Late Afternoon Tunic was born 12mths ago when I was asked to donate to an auction for Epilepsy (coincidentally hosted by HannyLach Handmade Kids Wear). Once again Cindy is pledging her support for this cause by hosting a Purple Day auction March 23-26 and I am delighted to announce that the Tunic Tuesdays tunic that is due for release on 26/3 (the last week of the Tunic Tuesdays promo) will be donated to that auction... and it will be PURPLE! So don't be affraid to "suggest" a size as 100% of the funds from the winning bid will be donated to Epilepsy Australia.
And just to close - I mentioned in The SHOWCASE Showcase post that I would entering an item in the "Pink & Blue with a Splash of LOVE" showcase being hosted by Handmade Boutique Showcase. Here is my size 4 "Free as a Bird" set - 100% cotton long sleeve tunic, with scalloped hem, snaps at shoulders for easy dressing and cheeky candy pink striped facings. Paired with pink, thin wale-low pile corduroy BG wide leg pants featuring crisp cuffs and button accents.
